Thousands of workers labored tirelessly, moving millions of cubic meters of rock to shape this extraordinary landmark. Situated on the northern bank of the Huong River, it sprawls across a vast land area of 520 hectares. Despite the ravages of the Vietnam War, the site has been actively restored and preserved and was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993.
